Your reservation is paid in full, including tax. Please keep your receipt and selected appointment time for your records. All appointment times are Central.
Before your visit, we’ll be in touch for your children’s names, mailing address, and a few personal details to help Santa make their mailed invitation and conversation feel just for them. We’ll also share your arrival instructions.
Your family will have approximately 15 private minutes with Santa and his reindeer. Each reservation is for up to five family members, including adults and children. Families of six or more need two consecutive reservations; please contact us so we can arrange those times together.
Please keep outside cameras and camera phones put away during your visit. I’ll capture the photographs so you can enjoy being there with your children.
Afterward, every family will come in for a personal portrait viewing appointment—including families who choose The Private Visit. We’ll enjoy your photographs together and select any portraits included in your collection.
Additional artwork, keepsakes, and à la carte products will be available to purchase at your viewing appointment. Any additional purchase is entirely optional.
